Sign NDA & Letter of Intent

When both parties are satisfied and aligned, we move without delay. You will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Letter of Intent to formally initiate the partnership. Following the signed agreements, you will be invited to a technical kick-off session with our engineering team. At this stage, you will receive full API sandbox access and comprehensive technical documentation covering every integration pathway available on the 2Point platform. This phase covers everything needed to connect your city's merchants — syncing their product catalogues, live inventory levels, order management workflows, authentication protocols, and pickup or store location data into the platform. Our engineers are actively available throughout this phase to guide you, your team, or any merchant technical contacts through the integration process. The target window for completing this phase is one to two weeks.

Integration & Quality Assurance Testing

Before any city goes live, every integration must pass a structured quality assurance process. Our QA team tests order flows end-to-end — from the customer-facing checkout experience through courier dispatch, real-time tracking, delivery execution, and proof-of-delivery confirmation — ensuring that everything functions correctly and reliably within your specific city environment.
